Construction Manager of the
Roy Lichtenstein Foundation's 6,000-square-foot rooftop and penthouse renovation. Supervised/directed and scheduled structural steel placement for new skylight openings, pouring of a new concrete roof and casting of skylight forms in place. There were also masonry additions, as well as the installation of two sculptures and a Kemper System roof and waterproofing building membrane. In order to minimize the overall energy requirements, green roof landscaping and a new thermal envelope were incorporated.
