Renovation of an open 1,320-square-foot loft. Included in the improvements were a new bath, kitchen with terra-cotta tile flooring, split system air conditioning, and recessed cove lighting. Maple and glass sliding doors, cabinets and wardrobe units were made according to the residents' specifications.
